1. What’s an eSIM?
An eSIM is a virtual SIM card integrated into devices such as smartphones,
tablets, and smartwatches. Since eSIMs come pre-installed in your mobile
device, you can activate your mobile data plan without inserting a physical SIM card.
2. How do eSIMs work?
eSIMs enable you to access a local mobile network while traveling, similar to a
conventional SIM card. Instead of inserting a physical SIM card, you simply scan
an eSIM QR code to activate the service. Once activated, it functions like a
traditional SIM card, allowing internet access and calls through your provider's network.
eSIMs also allow multiple numbers and service providers on one device.
3. Does your device support an eSIM?
eSIM technology is becoming increasingly common, but not all devices support it.
Please perform a compatibility check to determine whether your device is eSIM compatible.
4. When will I receive my eSIM?
After payment is successfully processed, your eSIM QR code will be sent to the
email address provided during purchase. No physical delivery is required.
5. Can I use my WhatsApp number?
Yes. You will keep your existing WhatsApp number, chats, and contacts,
and can continue using WhatsApp normally.
6. When does my data plan start counting?
The validity period begins when you activate data roaming and start using
the eSIM service, not when the eSIM is installed.
7. How many times can I use my eSIM card?
An eSIM can only be activated on one device once. If removed from the device,
it cannot be reused. The QR code cannot be activated simultaneously on multiple devices.
However, you may share data through your phone's hotspot feature.
8. Is it possible to share data with other devices?
Data sharing is available only for selected eSIM products.
9. What speed can I expect with the roaming eSIM?
Your roaming eSIM allows you to connect at 4G, LTE, and 5G speeds just like a local data line. Please note that in areas with limited coverage, your mobile device may connect at lower speeds.
10. What should I do if I accidentally delete or misplace the QR code for my eSIM?
